Hypnotherapy
I offer RTT, Rapid Transformational Therapy, via zoom, where I guide your subconscious mind to discover the root cause of your problem. Together we transform your limiting beliefs and heal and upgrade your inner child, to set you free. This therapy also involves listening to a personal and custom made recording after the session, to rewired and reprogram your subconscious mind.
Trainings
When you take a training with me, you learn by doing, and you will still be guided through a personal transformation, but you also learn to hold space and pass the healing tools on to others. Trainings can be live in person or online as a prerecorded self-study, or live in zoom. Often it will be a combination of all 3, to give you the best from all formats and give you a smooth experience.Â
Online Journey
The online journeys I offer, combine all the best from me. Here I can really give you everything from teaching and sharing about nature wisdom, to somatic yoga exercises that supports your hypnotic transformational rewiring. My online journeys are tailored to give you a beautiful healing experience through prerecorded audio and video combined with practical assignments.
